Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide on‑site services in Broward County, FL in a full‑time or part‑time capacity. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized ABA treatment plans, and overseeing implementation of behavior intervention programs. The BCBA will supervise and train behavior technicians, monitor data collection, and adjust interventions based on progress and clinical best practices. The role includes collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to promote generalization of skills across home, school, and community settings. The BCBA will also provide parent and caregiver education, document services in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, and participate in team meetings to support integrated care. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis for assessment, treatment planning, and intervention design. Candidates should possess skills in Behavior Management and Parent Education to support caregivers in implementing strategies and managing challenging behaviors. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Psychology to inform evidence‑based practice and multidisciplinary collaboration. Current BCBA certification in good standing and eligibility to practice in Florida. Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in autism and developmental disabilities. Ability to collect, interpret, and use data to drive clinical decision‑making. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team‑based clinical setting.
