Lead Medical Assistant - Spanish Speaker

Medical Assistant PositionWe are looking for a skilled and organized medical assistant to join our healthcare team. You will perform a combination of various administrative and clinical tasks.Position Responsibilities:Project managementTraining and performance management of front desk teams at multiple locationsBeing a subject matter expert on standard practices and training documentsTake patients vitals and enter them into the patients' electronic chart.Conduct procedures within scope and draw blood when needed.Oversee and train new and existing staff along with the clinic managerQualifications:Bilingual English/Spanish requiredCompletion of medical assistant training program requiredMinimum of one - year experience in an outpatient medical clinicEclinicalworks experience is highly preferred, EMR experience is a mustCompensation is negotiable based on experienceJob Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time off for full time employeesHoliday payTrainingGrowth potential - ladders for promotionMedical specialties:Primary CareGynecologySchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:EMR systems: 1 year (Required)Vital signs: 1 year (Required)Language:Spanish (required)License/Certification:Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
