What you’ll be doing:

• Sell and promote our full line of equipment to new and existing customers

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals to develop business while sustaining customer satisfaction

• Develop new customer relationships with customers through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person visits

• Assist with problem solving and determining which equipment will best suit our prospects’ and customers’ needs

• Provide accurate and timely quotes

• Partner with our Service Department to resolve customer issues and requests

• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times

What you need to be successful:

• Education: High School or Equivalent

Skills:

• Practical knowledge of standard office duties

• Proficient with technology such as computer, email, internet, and telephone

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• A customer-first mentality

• Ability to interpret customer needs and fulfill them

• Good organizational skills

• Ability to present new ideas and methods

• Ability to adapt to change

• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

• A strong desire to win
