Care is closely monitored and supervised by a local independent owner, ensuring consistent quality and safety. Services are flexible and tailored to individual needs, ranging from a few hours per week to round-the-clock care. Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time role based in Katy, TX. This role involves identifying and nurturing relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, and community organizations to generate new business opportunities. The representative will conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations, explain Right at Home’s services, and communicate the value of personalized in-home care to prospective clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and follow-up, attending networking events, maintaining a sales pipeline, documenting activities in CRM or related systems, and collaborating with the office team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. The role also includes ongoing relationship management, gathering feedback from partners and families, and supporting marketing efforts to increase brand awareness in the Northwest Houston and Katy areas. Qualifications Strong relationship-building and customer service skills to foster trust with clients, families, and community partners. Proficiency in sales presentations and communication to clearly explain services and influence decision-makers. Experience in new business development, including prospecting, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with reliable transportation for local travel. Previous outside sales or field marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services. Comfort with basic office software, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms. High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for diverse clients and colleagues.
