This position is scheduled for three days per week, 8 hours per day, with Monday and Friday required. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of office responsibilities.Responsibilities include:Utilizing QuickBooks for daily accounting and office functionsAnswering and directing incoming phone callsAssisting customers in person and over the phoneData entry, filing, and record maintenanceManaging office correspondence and general clerical dutiesProviding administrative support to the office teamPerforming other duties as assignedQualifications include:Previous QuickBooks experience requiredStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with standard office software and equipmentAbility to work independently and maintain confidentiality
