Patient Coordinator

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Patient Coordinator supports the specialty clinic by serving as a primary point of contact for patients and coordinating front-desk, phone, and in-person interactions throughout the care journey. Reporting to the Practice Manager and Clinic Administrator, this role provides end-to-end patient navigation while supporting scheduling, registration, insurance and billing workflows, and medical records management.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate patient appointments using established scheduling systems.Register patients accurately and maintain current demographic and insurance information.Coordinate patient care and facilitate end-to-end navigation through specialty clinic services.Manage medical records and support accurate, timely documentation.Coordinate communications among patients, providers, and clinic staff.Provide front-desk, phone, and in-person support with a professional, service-focused approach.Will work alternate Saturday when schedule.
