About the Role:
As a Molding Operator, you will play a vital part in the production process by operating and maintaining molding equipment in accordance with company standards and industry regulations. Your responsibilities include setting up machines, adhering to standard operating procedures, and ensuring the highest quality standards for each product. This position is ideal for detail-oriented team players who are committed to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate molding machines and associated equipment following SOPs, manufacturing procedures, and technical drawings.

• Perform machine setup and adjustments to ensure optimal production.

• Maintain strict adherence to GMP, QSR, and GDP regulations, especially important in the medical device industry.

• Monitor production quality throughout shifts and report any discrepancies.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience or training; experience in the medical device field is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with GMP, QSR, and GDP standards.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally at all levels.

• Flexible shift options:

  • First Shift: Monday–Saturday (rotating Saturdays), 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM

  • Second Shift: Monday–Saturday (rotating Saturdays), 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM

  • Third Shift: Monday–Saturday (rotating Saturdays), 10:00 PM – 6:20 AM (training on 2nd shift for 4 weeks)

Pay Details: $17.50 to $20.50 per hour
