Kitchen Team Member

Torch’D Burgers & Wings is looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our kitchen. We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and takes pride in preparing great food.

Responsibilities

Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Assist with food prep before and during shifts.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.

Follow food safety and quality standards.

Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed.

Communicate effectively and work as part of a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Help ensure every guest receives fresh, high-quality food in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Quick on your feet and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.

Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Ability to work well with a team.

Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
