Associate Manager, M&A and Partnerships
This Associate Manager, M&A and Partnerships role supports some of the company's most important growth initiatives, including acquisitions, partnerships, and commercial expansion opportunities. You'll work across functions to evaluate opportunities, develop executive-level recommendations, and help translate complex business information into clear, actionable insights. This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and support the successful integration and commercialization of growth initiatives. What You'll Do
- Analyze acquisition, partnership, and growth opportunities, translating complex data into clear business recommendations
- Develop executive-ready presentations and communications that influence decision-making and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and organizational readiness
- Build compelling commercial storytelling and enablement materials that help teams understand and execute key business priorities
- Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of insights, recommendations, and communications
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, consulting, executive communications, project management, or a related field
- Proven ability to analyze complex business information and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations and presentations
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong experience using syndicated data, business intelligence, or reporting tools (e.g., Circana, Nielsen, Power BI, Tableau)
