Business Development Manager (Commission-Based)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new revenue and expand our client base. The ideal candidate brings an established book of business, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to turn strategy into results. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities from initial contact through contract negotiation
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring our services align with their goals
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to refine sales strategy
Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance to deliver exceptional client service
Prepare and present compelling proposals that clearly communicate our value
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
Meet or exceed sales targets and report regularly on pipeline and revenue progress

Qualifications

Established book of business you can begin working immediately (required)
3–4 years of business development experience in the industry
Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, focused, and results-driven
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation

100% commission with uncapped earning potential
Full operational and back-office support so you can focus on selling
