About Our Client Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor in Georgia known for delivering large-scale retail and commercial projects with speed and consistency. Job Description Lead all on-site construction operations for ground‑up big box retail projects Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams from mobilization through closeout Maintain and drive project schedules in fast-track construction environments Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and coordination of large-scale trades Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality and specification requirements Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align schedule, cost, and execution Manage daily reporting, look-ahead schedules, and project documentation Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain progress MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
