Your leadership will help us stay grounded in our Core Values while pushing the brand toward what's next.The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store performance, including people leadership, operations, guest experience, and financial results. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable making decisions, coaching in real time, and holding themselves and others accountable.Success in this role means consistently delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining operational standards, developing high-performing teams, and partnering closely with District Managers to achieve business goals.Location: Onsite, 12154 Artesia Blvd, Artesia, CA 90701 Salary Range: $25.50-$26.00 hourly (Non-Exempt)What We Offer:Team Member Discounts - Enjoy your favorite handcrafted drinks on and off the clockComprehensive Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision plans available for eligible team membersLeadership Development - Hands-on training, mentorship, and professional growth pathwaysA Supportive, Creative Culture - Join a team that values authenticity, collaboration, and funWhat You'll Do:Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer that walks through our door through their management of store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development and increase profitability through staffing, operations, etc.Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvements; action plans are created to drive success for these challengesNurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth as individuals, and in a team environment (setting and monitoring team members' personal goals, holding team members accountable, maintain a "customer comes first" attitude)Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves CafeDrive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem solving skills to maintain store operations operations (customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, security, compliance, etc.)Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goal driven individuals to create a positive impact in their communityCollaborates with District Managers to make the most effective decisions and achieve results that grow our business and customer basePerform other duties as assignedWhat You Bring:Have at least 1 year of customer service or retail management experienceMust be able to work at any location in assigned district or countyHave an excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skillsHave strong leadership skills and able to use it to coach and develop team membersHave a strong team well-being and sales focused mindsetEager to learn and build on constructive feedbackAble to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environmentAble to manage multiple situations simultaneously and ensure that established service levels are achieved at all timesPossess the ability to deliver constructive feedback, and guide conflict resolutionAble to develop and grow future leaders for the organizationProlonged periods of standing, stooping, and walkingMust be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs 7 Leaves Cafe Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
