Within MCAPS-Core, AI Business Solutions is at the forefront of Microsoft’s AI transformation, helping organizations adopt new technologies, accelerate transformation, and realize measurable business value.The Global Consumption & Delivery Acceleration team serves as an execution and consumption engine for AI Business Solutions, helping customers accelerate deployment, adoption, consumption, and value realization across Microsoft’s portfolio.As an App Assure Manager, you will help customers and partners successfully adopt Microsoft technologies by identifying and removing application compatibility, integration, and deployment blockers. You will work directly with customers, partners, independent software vendors (ISVs), engineering, support teams, and field stakeholders to understand technical requirements, coordinate solutions, and accelerate successful onboarding and adoption.You will serve as a trusted advisor and engagement lead across a range of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Windows, Security, Edge, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and emerging AI-powered solutions. You will combine technical knowledge, customer advocacy, program management, and cross-functional collaboration to help customers navigate complex scenarios and achieve business value faster.This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable working across multiple technologies and customer scenarios, can translate technical and business requirements into actionable plans, and brings a customer-focused, collaborative, and continuous-learning mindset.ResponsibilitiesIdentify customer and partner requirements and assess application compatibility, integration, deployment, and technical blockers that may impact adoption of Microsoft technologies.Partner with customers, ISVs, engineering, support teams, implementation partners, and field organizations to develop and coordinate solutions that accelerate deployment, onboarding, adoption, and value realization.Lead customer engagements across Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Windows, Security, Edge, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and emerging AI solutions, while coordinating stakeholders, ownership, milestones, and technical dependencies.Assess application and integration requirements and guide customers and partners through adaptation, testing, validation, publishing, and readiness activities to support successful deployment.Identify project and technical risks, including compatibility, integration, security, performance, and functionality considerations, and coordinate remediation plans with relevant stakeholders.Provide technical guidance and remote enablement to customers and partners, helping them apply deployment best practices, understand product capabilities, and maximize the value of Microsoft solutions.Monitor activation, usage, integration health, and customer progress following deployment, proactively identifying issues and coordinating resolution or escalation when needed.Capture and analyze customer and partner feedback, product gaps, compatibility issues, and deployment insights, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to support improvements to Microsoft products and experiences.Leverage data, dashboards, automation, AI, and Copilot to identify customer needs, consolidate signals, improve engagement efficiency, and accelerate customer outcomes while following applicable security and responsible AI practices.Contribute to repeatable practices, customer success stories, technical guidance, and scalable engagement approaches that improve product readiness, ecosystem compatibility, and customer adoption.QualificationsRequired/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 2+ years of technical consulting, information technology (IT) administration, support, project management, customer success management, IT customer-facing experience OR equivalent experience.Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively in both written and verbal formats.Additional or preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 5+ years of technical consulting, information technology (IT) administration, support, project management, customer success management, IT customer-facing experience OR equivalent experience.2+ years experience with relevant technologies (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft platform).2+ years of project management experience.2+ years of relationship management or customer success experience.2+ years of IT related customer-facing experience.This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
