Residential Program Program Director - Group Home

Job Description

The Residential Program Director for Group Homes is responsible for overseeing multiple group home facilities, ensuring high-quality care and effective program management. This role requires direct collaboration with the Executive Director to implement and monitor programs that support the needs of residents while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations across multiple group home residential programs
Manage and supervise residential program staff
Provide support and crisis intervention to clients as needed
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Manage program budgets and resource allocation
Deliver staff training and professional development
Prepare and submit program reports to the Executive Director
Implement quality assurance measures to maintain program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in residential program management
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Strong skills in program development and staff supervision
Proficient in crisis intervention and regulatory compliance
Experience managing budgets
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Effective problem-solving skills

Angelic Place is an organization which provides care for individuals with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities. Our main office is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia, however we have facilities located in Spotsylvania Stafford and Prince William Counties. We are licensed by the State of Virginia and are in compliance with the medical standards of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS). Our beautiful Single-family homes provide supports and services to individuals with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities (DD and ID). We provide trainings in Human Rights, TOVA, Medication Management, ID Waiver, First Aid & CPR and much more.
