Solution Focused - overcome challenges with creativity.Kindness - smile, encourage, and respect everyone. We are currently seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee all staff and direct care issues and services, ensuring effective leadership-based management of program with an emphasis on high quality care delivered in a cost-effective manner.
