Program Manager - Homeland Security Exercises (Hybrid)

Harkcon, Inc. is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead Infrastructure Security Exercise Support Services for the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). The successful candidate will manage program execution, including staffing, budget, and quality controls, while serving as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders. Candidates must have extensive federal program management experience, strong communication skills, and a preferred Project Management Professional certification. This position offers hybrid and remote options based on government direction.
