Cypress ABC is hiring an experienced BCBA as an independent contractor to provide on-site behavior consultation in care homes and day programs across the greater Bay Area. Santa Clara County is our immediate priority, but we welcome candidates throughout the region. What the role offers: $100 to $130 per hour, based on experience You set your own schedule and manage your own caseload On-site consultation with direct support staff, program administrators, and individuals served Adult population with intellectual and developmental disabilities Practical, person-centered work in real-world care settings We have been doing this since 2008. We are selective because the work demands it. If you can walk into a care home, build trust with a support team quickly, and make a measurable difference in how staff support individuals served, we want to meet you. To qualify, you need a current BCBA or BCBA-D certification, experience with adults in residential or community settings, and reliable transportation in the Bay Area.
