Current, active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment. Current CPR/BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted). Current, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required. 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required. Previous home health experience preferred. Ability to perform physical demands of home health practice including lifting, bending, pushing, and prolonged standing and walking. Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule. Demonstrated documentation skills for Plans of Care, progress notes, and clinical records. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health.
