Maintenance Manager

Jouw uitdaging Als Maintenance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van een performante onderhoudsafdeling. Je vertaalt de onderhoudsstrategie naar de praktijk en creëert een cultuur waarin veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering centraal staan. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, coacht je team en neemt beslissingen op basis van data en objectieve analyses. Dankzij jouw technische expertise en leiderschap weet je medewerkers mee te nemen in verandering en bouw je aan een organisatie die steeds minder afhankelijk wordt van reactief onderhoud. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een toekomstgerichte onderhoudsstrategie gericht op maximale betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties Begeleiden van de transitie naar een proactieve onderhoudscultuur en creëren van draagvlak voor verandering binnen de organisatie Coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van techniekers en leidinggevenden met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer Implementeren, optimaliseren en verder uitbouwen van het CMMS als basis voor onderhoudsplanning, historiek, budgetbeheer en KPI-opvolging Analyseren van storingen aan de hand van Root Cause Analysis (RCA) en structurele verbeteracties implementeren om herhalende problemen te voorkomen Initiëren en realiseren van continue verbeterprojecten die de efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties verhogen Uitbouwen van interne technische expertise en kennisdeling om de afhankelijkheid van externe leveranciers en OEM-partners te verminderen Bewaken en verder ontwikkelen van een sterke veiligheidscultuur waarbij veiligheid integraal deel uitmaakt van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten Opvolgen van onderhoudsbudgetten, prestaties en KPI\'s en rapporteren aan het management Samenwerken met productie, engineering en andere afdelingen om technische doelstellingen te realiseren #J-18808-Ljbffr NETWERK
