Due to rapid growth, Marathon is Hiring Immediately for Machine Opeators at a Steel Mill company located in Rossville, GA. Learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team.

Job Details:

This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity!
1st Shift Monday to Thursday.
Pay: Starting at $18

Responsibilities:

Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation.
Checks materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules and standards.
Performs other duties as assigned
Mechanical background, good with machinery like cars or diesels
Experience running Industrial Machinery in the past (i.e., press operator, die cutting, etc.)
Must have experience reading calipers
Will need to be trained on first shift and will transition to weekends once trained

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work in a safe manner
Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions
Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools (i.e., use of calipers, micrometers, and tape measures)
Punctual and reliable

On the job training
Paid Weekly; direct deposit/pay cards available
