Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of our real estate team, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our company's goals and enhance efficiency.
• Oversee transaction management processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with agents and support staff to streamline communication and workflow, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

The Experience We Are Looking For

• 3+ years in operations management, listing management, or a comparable administrative role within real estate 

• Demonstrated ability to build processes, not just follow them

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities at once

• Comfortable across CRM platforms, project management tools, and AI-assisted workflows

• Familiarity with Compass CRM, Business Tracker, and Marketing Center

• Experience with Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
