The National Partnership for Women & Families is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that fights for equity for all women and families. We advocate on the Hill for federal, state and local policies that advance economic justice, health equity, and civic participation for women, particularly women of color and those who face the greatest barriers to access and opportunity. We’re passionate about making change on big issues such as equal pay for all women, paid leave for working families, and access to affordable health care that provides abortion and reproductive care. Our approach is collaborative, data-driven, and grounded in the real-life experiences of women and working families. Working with state and federal elected officials, departments and agencies, grasstops leaders, and the general public, we educate these stakeholders on the issues and impactful policies.
