The Site Safety Coordinator will support a construction site by promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with applicable safety requirements. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will focus on daily inspections, worker training, incident investigations, hazard prevention, and effective safety program administration. This position is site-based with no travel between worksites and offers a potential progression to Safety Specialist.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections of the construction site.
• Perform hazard assessments and support corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and complete accurate incident reports.
• Deliver safety training to workers.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and safety program activities.
• Manage personal protective equipment (PPE).

 

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour certification.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in occupational health and safety.
