As Director of Day Services Programming, you’ll oversee strategy, develop high‑performing teams, and ensure innovative, person‑centered services that create meaningful inclusion and measurable outcomes. What You’ll Do Lead Program Strategy & Innovation – Design, implement, and continuously improve engaging, person‑centered day service programming. Oversee Staff Leadership & Development – Recruit, coach, and develop high‑performing teams while fostering accountability and service excellence. Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain compliance with DODD, Medicaid, and agency standards while ensuring safe, high‑quality services. Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee scheduling, staffing, budgets, and program performance to ensure consistency and fiscal responsibility. Monitor Outcomes & Program Growth – Use data, quality assurance, and reporting to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement. Support Strategic Growth – Partner with executive leadership to expand services, strengthen partnerships, and drive long‑term organizational growth. Provide Direct Leadership Presence – Deliver direct services weekly and maintain visibility within programming to support connection and quality oversight.
