Creator and Influencer Marketing Practitioner, AI Agent Environments

Role Overview

Help build realistic creator and influencer marketing simulations that evaluate and improve AI agents on real-world marketing work. These high-fidelity environments mirror a marketing organization’s tools, including email, storage, CRM, project management, social media management, web analytics, AEO/SEO, advertising, CMS, product analytics, and support, using realistic documents, dashboards, personas, and intentionally embedded issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Create task briefs based on your hands-on experience running creator programs, defining the underlying issue being tested and the decision a strong practitioner should make.
• Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed to make each simulated task realistic.
• Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria that distinguish strong work from plausible but incorrect responses.
• Review AI agent submissions and assess them against your professional standard.
• Develop scenarios involving messy or conflicting data analysis, prioritization and tradeoffs, planning and execution, QA and reconciliation, triage and escalation, research and evaluation, reporting, and multi-step work across multiple tools.
• Contribute expertise across creator discovery and evaluation, influencer program decisions, seeding and campaign execution, usage rights, disclosure decisions, and share-of-voice contribution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running creator or influencer programs, including personally selecting, negotiating with, and measuring creators.
• Comfort using creator platforms, paid amplification through creator handles, and applicable disclosure rules.
• Strong written reasoning skills and the ability to clearly explain why a decision is correct.
• Experience building AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is strongly preferred.

Work Terms

• Hourly engagement.

Compensation

• $60 to $100 per hour.
