Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This position is fully remote and ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working independently, and has experience handling invoices, payments, and customer account follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, send, and track customer invoices
• Record and apply incoming payments accurately
• Follow up on outstanding balances and overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Communicate professionally with customers by email or phone
• Provide regular updates on payment status and account activity
• Assist with basic administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Previous accounts receivable, billing, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and accounting software
• Reliable internet connection
• Must be dependable and professional
