About the Opportunity We’re working with several of the top law firms in the Madison area that are currently looking to add experienced Legal Assistants to their teams. We have multiple opportunities available across a variety of practice areas, including

Litigation, Insurance Defense, Business/Corporate, Real Estate, Banking, Finance, and General Legal Support.

We encourage Legal Assistants and other legal support professionals with a variety of backgrounds to apply. Even if you don’t have experience in a specific practice area, we may have an opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys Draft, format, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, meetings, hearings, and depositions Maintain organized client and case files Assist with court filings, discovery, and case management Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties Assist with legal transactions, client intake, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or similar legal support role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
