Position Memory Care Support Partner – Full Time Location Ballwin, MO Compensation $18.00–$26.25 per hour Shift Schedule Sunday – Thursday, 3pm–11pm Role Overview Memory Care Support Partners provide compassionate care to residents in a home‑like senior living community. Responsibilities Advocate empathy: understand importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments. Patient observer: discover residents’ interests, abilities, and personality; collaborate to create engagement plans and implement strategies. Master of mise en scène: set the stage for residents’ daily experience, preparing environments for activities and routines. Life partner: partner with residents for all facets of daily life from waking to sleep. Document resident care and changes in condition accurately. Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Fluent English literacy and communication skills. Positive, energetic attitude toward residents. Basic computer skills for printing documents and data entry. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with mobility and provide fall assistance. Criminal background check clearance.
