Overview The WeCARE Psychologist supports the Medical Director in the implementation of standard operation policies and procedures to ensure that UBA WeCARE complies with all New York City's HRA contractual requirements. In addition to a competitive salary of $108,000-130,000, we offer LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision and a 403(b) and much more. Licensed Psychologist in the state of New York with active registration. A minimum of 2 years’ experience. Knowledge of medical and/or behavioral Health diagnoses required. 1-2 days remote, 3-4 days in office. Work week is M-F, no weekends or holidays, hours of operation is 8am-6pm, schedule would be within that time frame. Responsibilities A Psychological Assessment will be performed when a client disagrees with the Functional Capacity Outcome determination or when the Functional Capacity Outcome cannot be determined following the Clinical Assessment and possible mental health barriers to employment are present. Act as a clinical support for UBA WeCARE staff in the fulfillment of funder, (NYC HRA), contracted goals. Requirements PHD. Licensed Psychologist in the state of New York with active registration. A minimum of 2 years’ experience. Knowledge of medical and or behavioral Health diagnoses is required. Able to assist and motivate clients to comply with assessment and reassessment appointments. Able to assist clients with access services to reduce barriers to compliance with appointments. Knowledge and ability to use various software systems including SEAMS, EPIC, etc., in order to document outreach, services, and activities in the client electronic recording.
