Customer service rep

We are seeking a reliable, personable Customer Service Representative to join a close-knit, fast-paced team supporting our client, a growing residential service provider in the local area. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing a high volume of inbound service requests, routine inquiries, and ongoing communication across multiple channels.

• Location: Warminster, PA (On-Site)
• Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 / hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time, direct hire; requires occasional flexibility)

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming phone calls, customer emails, and web portal requests in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts, scheduling, and service histories using QuickBooks and Housecall Pro.
• Provide attentive, professional customer support while collaborating closely with a small internal office team.
