Community Manager

Our client is an early-stage technology company building a next-generation commerce platform designed to make purchasing decisions more authentic and community-driven. Rather than relying on traditional advertising or influencer marketing, the platform connects people through trusted recommendations, empowering local communities to discover and support outstanding businesses. Their mission is to give everyday consumers a stronger voice in shaping commerce by building trust-based networks where genuine experiences and personal recommendations drive engagement and purchasing decisions. The company is currently preparing for its first market launch and is looking for a Community Manager to play a key role in validating and scaling an innovative new operating model. Job Profile for Community Manager Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Recruit trusted and well-connected community members across Miami Identify, engage, and onboard high-quality local sellers Build strong relationships within fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle communities Organise small community events and networking activities Support promoters in creating and curating collections Monitor ecosystem growth and provide regular progress updates Work closely with the founder to execute and grow the Miami launch strategy Candidate Profile for Community Manager Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of any foreign language will be considered an advantage Must have a strong and well-established network across Miami Experience building communities, partnerships, or business relationships Experience with marketplaces or network-effect businesses is a plus Background in fashion, beauty, wellness, retail, lifestyle, or creator communities is an advantage Previous startup experience is beneficial Community-building experience is a plus Experience organising events or partnerships is preferred Comfortable working in an early-stage startup Passion for building something from the ground up Equal Opportunity & Employment Eligibility Notice We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity at our company.
