We are seeking a freelance Social Media Manager and Content Creator who can translate our physical artistry into a stunning, editorial digital presence. The Role This is a highly dynamic, freelance role perfect for a visual storyteller who possesses both strategic marketing skills and sharp on-site production capabilities. Because our projects move through distinct phases, your hours will fluctuate month-to-month. Some months will focus on strategic grid planning and digital curation; other months will require intensive, on-site filming at high-end job sites, office BTS (behind-the-scenes), and completed home reveals. You will be the eyes and ears of our digital brand, responsible for capturing the raw beauty of our process and transforming it into polished, magazine-quality digital assets. Key Responsibilities On-Site Content Capture: Travel to active construction zones, artisan workshops, and finished luxury homes in Central Florida to shoot high-quality, high-end video and photo assets. Client Testimonials: Comfortably and professionally interview our affluent clientele on camera, directing them to capture authentic, polished video testimonials. Platform Management: Fully manage and curate our Instagram (Grid, Reels, Stories) and Pinterest accounts, ensuring an editorial, cohesive, and premium aesthetic. Short-Form Video Production: Edit compelling, smooth, and elegantly paced Reels/TikToks highlighting our design process, material selections, and before-and-after reveals. Copywriting & Community Management: Write sophisticated, articulate captions tailored to high-net-worth individuals and industry partners. Engage with our digital community to foster relationships. Qualifications & Requirements Location: Must be locally based in the Winter Garden / Greater Orlando area with reliable transportation to travel to various project sites. Portfolio: A proven portfolio demonstrating an elevated, luxury aesthetic (real estate, interior design, luxury lifestyle, or high-end wedding cinematography background is highly preferred). Equipment: Mastery of shooting high-quality content on iPhone 15 Pro/16 Pro or mirrorless cameras, including the use of stabilizers/gimbals and external audio equipment for crisp testimonial sound. Discretion: Exceptional professional demeanor. You will be entering multi-million dollar private residences and interacting with high-profile clients; absolute discretion, polish, and respect for privacy are mandatory. Flexibility: Comfort with a fluctuating hourly schedule that aligns with our design project milestones. Compensation & Structure Competitive hourly rate or project-based hybrid retainer, commensurate with luxury portfolio experience.
