leading the end-to-end design, deployment, and adoption of agentic AI workflows across the marketing lifecycle executing the brand’s Generative and Answer Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO) roadmaps managing vendor procurement, technical architecture collaboration, and governance frameworks architecting agentic workflows that can take and orchestrate downstream tasks owning roadmap for where AI tools provide the most leverage designing human-in-the-loop workflows establishing guardrails, QA workflows, and brand safety/compliance review processes for AI-generated or assisted briefs continuously scanning trends and translating them into a prioritized roadmap Requirements Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience Six or more years of relevant experience required demonstrated experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or martech strong working knowledge of agentic AI and orchestration concepts understanding of marketing data infrastructure skills in building and customization tools and platforms in a marketing/business context leadership and communication skills strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading the design and deployment of agentic AI workflows within marketing, focusing on Generative and Answer Engine Optimization.
