Lab Technician
Location: Brecksville
Pay Rate: $18.54/hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team in Brecksville, Ohio. This position is responsible for supporting laboratory operations through sample preparation, testing, data recording, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, following strict procedures, and ensuring accuracy in all laboratory activities. Responsibilities
- Prepare and process laboratory samples for testing
- Perform routine testing and inspections according to established procedures
- Record and document test results accurately
- Maintain laboratory equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Organize and label samples, materials, and documentation
- Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the lab area
- Communicate findings and updates with supervisors and team members
- Support additional laboratory and production-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous laboratory, manufacturing, or quality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
