System Specialist - Sales Administration

Responsibilities Generate and maintain sales reports by extracting data from various systems and assemble into usable information for management. Assist in set up, maintenance, and development of the order entry system and all web‑based systems for the Sales Department. Work with Marketing and Engineering on truck constraints to incorporate them into the systems. Provide departmental support and assist with systems' problems and issues. Maintain and update sales department software to satisfy sales reporting requirements. Generate and verify programming requests to the IS department. Document all internal process and procedures within the sales department and associated training materials. Qualifications 2-4 years related experience Associate degree (Business or Technical) High degree of knowledge in understanding of relational database structures, and ability to assemble information from numerous sources is highly desirable.
