Assembly Lead

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer , is seeking a Assembly Lead to join their team. As a Assembly Lead , you will be part of the Manufacturing & Assembly Department supporting the Assembly, R&D, and ISC Engineering teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , excellent communication skills , and leadership/organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembly Lead Location: Sandy, UT Pay Range: $40/hour What's the Job? Perform hands-on mechanical assembly and sample builds for medical device products. Execute catheter coating, guidewire lubrication, chemical mixing, and sample preparation activities. Coordinate daily build activities and ensure materials, equipment, and tooling are ready. Conduct quality inspections and follow SOPs and quality requirements. Support Assembly personnel while communicating priorities with R&D and Engineering teams. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience. Mechanical assembly experience and familiarity with quality procedures/SOPs. Ability to use microscopes and basic measurement tools. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. What's in it for me?
