Job Description We are looking for an HR Assistant for a very reputable nonprofit organization near the Waukesha area. You would work directly with the HR Manager and team, assisting with recruiting, updating employee records, coordinating new-hire paperwork and onboarding, scheduling training, employee relations, employee benefits, and other project support.
