As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.Job Posting ExternalPrimary ResponsibilitiesAssist with development, testing, and maintenance of SAP Variant Configuration models (LO-VC, and/or AVC) under guidance from senior developers.Support configuration changes driven by engineering updates, product enhancements, and manufacturing requirements.Learn and apply configuration logic, dependency rules, constraints, and object relationships.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, Information Technology (IT), and business analysts to understand product structures and configuration needs.Follow development standards, best practices, and version control processes.Continuously build skills in SAP, programming, and business processes.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or related fieldNon-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GEDOccasional travel (0-5%)Preferred QualificationsExperience with programming concepts, such as: Structured programming, Object-oriented programming, Logic, algorithms, or data structures.Familiarity with one or more programming or scripting languages gained through coursework (e.g, JAVA, C/C++, Python, SQL, ABAP, or similar.Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.This position is a hybrid role, on-site at least two days per week. A reasonable driving commute to the New Bremen, OH location is necessary.Work Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
