Si se siente orgulloso(a) de dar vida a diseños de paisajismo — plantando, construyendo y dando forma a espacios exteriores — y quiere trabajar junto a un equipo que valora la calidad y el trabajo duro, queremos conocerlo(a). ¿No tiene experiencia? No hay problema. Lo(a) capacitaremos. La experiencia previa en paisajismo o construcción es una ventaja, pero lo más importante es una sólida ética de trabajo y disposición para aprender.

Lo Que Hará

Instalar mantillo, completar bordes y ayudar con la siembra para nuevas áreas de paisajismo
Apoyar la instalación de pavers, muros de contención y otras superficies duras
Plantar flores, árboles, arbustos y otros materiales de paisajismo según los planos de diseño
Operar herramientas manuales y equipo pequeño como palas, rastrillos, compactadoras y carretillas
Operar equipo comercial de paisajismo de forma segura y responsable
Mantener los sitios de trabajo limpios, organizados y seguros
Trabajar de cerca con su Capataz y equipo para cumplir con las metas diarias del proyecto
Participar en capacitación pagada y desarrollo continuo de habilidades

Lo Que Usted Aporta

No se requiere experiencia previa — experiencia previa en construcción de paisajismo o trabajo al aire libre es una ventaja
Sólida ética de trabajo y orgullo por hacer un trabajo de calidad
Disposición para aprender nuevas habilidades y seguir instrucciones
Puntual, confiable y con espíritu de equipo
Cómodo(a) trabajando al aire libre en todas las condiciones — calor, frío, lluvia y viento
Capaz de levantar 50+ libras y realizar trabajo físico durante todo el día
Transporte confiable y licencia de conducir vigente preferible
Disponibilidad de lunes a viernes, con sábados ocasionales
