Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain document templates using OpenText PowerDocs to support business-critical document generation processes.
• Configure and manage metadata structures to ensure accurate content classification, retrieval, and governance across enterprise systems.
• Develop and enhance OpenText Web Reports to support reporting, automation, and business process requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable OpenText solutions.
• Support workflow development and process automation initiatives within the OpenText ecosystem.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Assist with OpenText Content Server administration activities and contribute to overall platform optimization.
• Support integrations and content management processes related to SAP SuccessFactors and Extended ECM environments when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing document templates using OpenText PowerDocs, with strong expertise in template design and customization.
• Advanced knowledge of OpenText Content Server administration and metadata management.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining OpenText Web Reports.
• Familiarity with OpenText Directory Services, Archive Center Administration, Smart UI Configuration, and Records Management.
• Working knowledge of OpenText workflow development and user/group permission models.
• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.
