We are seeking a skilled OpenText Exstream Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream. The role involves building high-quality, scalable, and personalized documents for print and digital delivery while collaborating with business, QA, and integration teams. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance customer communications using OpenText Exstream (Design Manager / Communications Server).
- Create and maintain templates for print, PDF, email, SMS, and digital outputs.
- Develop and manage data models, rules, sections, and components in Exstream.
- Integrate Exstream with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, ERP, ECM, archive systems).
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Exstream applications.
- Support deployments across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
