WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Basic Qualifications: Applicants for the 2210 Information Technology Management series at the GS-14 grade level must have Information Technology (IT) related experience which demonstrates proficiency in the following competencies: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: Minimum Qualifications You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Leading enterprise IT systems analysis, architecture, and implementation efforts, ensuring full alignment with organizational strategy, federal mandates, and mission priorities. Managing complex IT programs and projects by directing cross functional teams and contractors, overseeing risks, resources, schedules, and deliverables, and ensuring execution across the full system life cycle. Developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, including (FISMA) compliance, (ATO) processes, risk management activities, and continuous monitoring for mission critical systems. Advising executive leadership on IT strategy, security posture, and investment decisions by developing IT spend plans, assessing enterprise risks, and aligning technology solutions to business and program objectives. Designing and overseeing enterprise IT solutions and infrastructure (e.g., cloud platforms, networks, applications) ensuring effective systems integration, performance optimization, scalability, reliability, and security.
