Job Description

GG Media is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Nashville team.

In this role, you will help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand activities while working closely with team members to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.

You will gain hands-on exposure to campaign coordination, brand representation, customer engagement, project planning, and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Support day-to-day marketing activities and ensure projects remain organized and on schedule.
• Coordinate campaign materials, timelines, and internal communications.
• Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative approaches for campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with customer and audience engagement during marketing activities.
• Track campaign progress and help prepare performance updates and reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the organization of events, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and business partners.
• Contribute ideas to improve campaign execution and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Take on additional marketing and coordination responsibilities as the company grows.

• Competitive Salary: $47,000 – $52,000 per year.
