Job Summary
The geographic location is Hood River, Oregon. This home health registered nurse (RN) position involves providing care to adult and geriatric patients within a home health setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves day shifts and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Oregon State Licensure and Washington State Licensure; at least 1 year of skilled home health experience; current BLS certification; proficient in Electronic Patient Information Charting (EPIC) for home health, Rover (phone app), and Oasis; reliable transportation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oasis documentation; previous remote/home health experience; familiarity with EPIC and Rover systems.
• Float: Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
• Additional Information:
  • The facility calls off up to one shift per pay period (biweekly).
  • Occasional travel within a maximum radius of approximately 60 miles per day is required.
  • COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) is required in addition to providing the necessary documentation for the Oregon and Washington State Licensure.
  • The position requires the ability to adapt to the facilitys protocol, including completing a mandatory 40 hours of orientation.
  • Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a home setting.
