Executive Assistant

Our client is located in Spring and looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team. This role requires prior legal exposure and the ability to read and review contracts. Must be a current or past Notary. This role offers a hybrid schedule (1-2 days remote). Executive Support Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials. Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items. Draft correspondence, announcements, and executive communications. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personnel matters. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Develop detailed itineraries and logistics plans. Process expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card transactions. Support strategic initiatives and special projects. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Coordinate activities across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain executive files, records, and confidential documents. Coordinate office administrative support activities. Handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and professionalism. Required Current or past Notary Must have contract experience - review contracts, manage obtaining the correct signatures on contracts, and make sure contracts are executed Conference and Event management experience Must have experience supporting C-Suite Executives General office management skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously High level of discretion and confidentiality Project management and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Professional judgment and executive presence #J-18808-Ljbffr The Virtual Bench
