What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care in a busy oncology/hematology unit, including mixed acuity PCU and MS units
- Administer chemotherapy and blood products according to safety protocols
- Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
- Manage invasive lines such as PICC and central lines
- Assist with autologous, allogeneic, and CAR-T cell transplants
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and support patient comfort and safety
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license or multi-state license accepted
- Minimum 1 year inpatient hematology/oncology experience
- Chemotherapy certification (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic charting
- Strong skills in telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, and line management
Preferred:
ACLS certification
