Associate Attorney-Litigation

Location: Milwaukee, WIA well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney specializing in litigation to become a part of our Milwaukee office. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to, enforcement of property restrictions, contract disputes, and construction defects. A passion for client interaction and public speaking is essential.Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on real estate, corporate, and contract law.Conduct all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.Participate actively in trial conduct and appellate work.Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on case status.Chair client corporate meetings and manage administrative staff effectively.Qualifications:Admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.At least 5 years of relevant litigation experience.Proven track record of dedication and hard work.Proficiency in using Microsoft operating systems and advanced legal software.Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends for client meetings.Outstanding interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage high workloads efficiently.Benefits:The position offers an extremely competitive benefits package, including health insurance, disability coverage, and retirement plans.Type: direct hire
