Food Prep

We are hiring a Food Prep to assist within the kitchen by preparing and assembling quality food for our guests. The Food Prep also assists with cleanliness of the kitchen at all times. Responsibilities The timely preparation and exhibition assembly of fresh quality hot and cold product Assists in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads and putting together entrees Must have the ability to utilize a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, assisting chefs and cooks and following detailed recipe specifications while adhering to NYC Department of Health guidelines Ensures that food is stored properly Qualifications Follow our safety guidelines and procedures Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time Must have a positive attitude and good teamwork ethic Good communication skills A commitment to high‑quality customer service and ability to handle high‑pressure environment General knowledge of the NYC Department of Health’s rules and regulations Bilingual a plus Special Requirements Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends Hourly Pay Range $25.25—$25.25 USD We value diversity and are looking for extraordinary employees of all backgrounds!
