Before becoming an agent, I worked in claims, which gave me valuable experience helping customers through important moments and understanding the importance of strong coverage and service. I’m a graduate of College of Charleston and have been married for 25 years. My wife and I have two boys, and outside of work I enjoy golfing, spending time with family, and relaxing at the beach whenever possible. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
