Personal Injury Case Manager

We are looking for detail-oriented, customer service-driven candidates who, upon completion of our training program, will join our Personal Injury Case Management Team. They will possess the ability to: Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases, at the direction of their supervising attorney, through the use of a variety of case management programs and procedures. Learn, understand, and execute the firm’s personal injury case management process and procedures according to written and/or verbal instructions. Establish and maintain client relationships through verbal or written correspondence as well as face-to-face interactions. Accurately update and maintain client case information. Work with supervising attorney and other staff members to ensure the rights of the client, as well as the professional integrity of the firm, are preserved and maintained. Build a rapport with clients and serve as a client liaison for supervising attorneys and other staff. This position is a full-time, in-office position. Hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with 1-hour lunch breaks, at our Duluth, GA location. Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research to support personal injury cases • Manage an active caseload, ensuring all deadlines are met • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers • Assist attorneys in case preparation Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail • Possess excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills • Intermediate clerical and administrative skills • Excellent time management skills, be organized, and able to effectively prioritize projects and tasks in a fast-paced work environment • A commitment to excellent client service • Proficient computer skills are required
